The object of this contract is the provision of a service of advice and legal assistance for the Government Delegation in Japan in order to obtain a legal status in the country that allows it to operate there in an ordinary way and allows the Delegation to rent space, hire staff, contract to obtain goods and services and allow the development of the functions set out in Decree 95/2022, of 10 May, of the network of delegations of the Government of the Generalitat of Catalonia abroad and in Decree 61/2017, of 13 June, of the institutional representation units of the Government abroad.
