This contract aims to provide event space reservations in New York City for the Delegation of the Government of Catalonia in the United States and Canada. The services fall within the competencies and tasks assigned according to Article 18 of Decree 61/2017, dated June 13, which pertains to institutional representation units of the Government abroad. These services include the following provisions: Provision of spaces for organizing events related to the activities of the Delegation of the Government of Catalonia in New York. The room reservations must consider the specific requirements for each event, as specified by the Delegation: - Provision of event materials (furniture, podiums, microphones, screens, lighting, etc.). - Services for reproductions and recordings during events (video and audio). - Catering services specialized in Catalan products or inspired by Catalan cuisine.
