The purpose of this contract is the provision of professional advisory services regarding the organisation of institutional events and tasks to support the Delegation of the Government of Catalonia to Central Europe, with specific regard to the territorial scope of the Republic of Slovakia and within the framework of the Delegation's tasks and competences as set out in Article 18 of Decree 61/2017 of 13 June on the Government's institutional representative bodies abroad. The contractor providing the advisory and support services must have the capacity to conduct business in the Slovak language without any difficulty and have a good understanding of the Slovak culture, in order to enable the Delegation - and, by extension, Catalonia - to establish and maintain a significant presence in Slovakia.
